Giving a team proposal a consistent voice.
Branding and communications within a collaborative virtual-team training proposal.
My role Creation of all submitted deliverables; branding & communications within a five-person academic team · November 2025
- Team brand identity
- Visual strategy
- Company messaging
- Client-facing presentation
Behind the work
A recommendation is easier to assess when its presentation makes the thinking clear.
The team brief
RidgeLine Remote proposes a virtual training series for the Omega Technology scenario, addressing trust, communication consistency, and role clarity. Blue Ridge Consulting is the team identity used in the academic proposal; it is not presented here as an established consulting employer or a verified external client engagement.
My contribution
I created all of the submitted project deliverables, including the branding and final presentation materials. The proposal was developed in a five-person academic team, with team roles documented in the source. My production of the deliverables is distinct from claiming sole ownership of every team discussion, research input, or recommendation.
The shared recommendation
The team organized training around getting to know the team, establishing consistent communication, and clarifying responsibilities. A proposed schedule, budget, and assessment sequence support the recommendation. I produced the submitted deliverables that communicate the team’s recommendation.
Proposed evaluation
The proposal calls for baseline assessment, a post-training survey, and a week-two follow-up. No delivered training or measured improvement is documented. The contribution this study adds to the portfolio is the relationship between brand presentation and organizational communication.
Takeaway
Clear communication includes how a recommendation is organized, presented, and attributed.
