Behind the work
A public reply should give the customer a useful next step.
The scope
This document contains two exercises: a response strategy for negative reviews and an assessment of public X posts against awareness, acceptance, and action objectives. It is distinct from both the European campaign and the September digital audit. It does not contain a full standalone launch campaign or original brand ad executions.
The response approach
I recommended acknowledging the customer’s disappointment, offering a clear route to private assistance, and following up after resolution. The plan also proposes team training, a response template, ongoing listening, and a 24–48 hour response goal. Refunds or replacements would depend on the brand’s policies and approval.
Measurement with a decision attached
The second exercise records visible post interactions and distinguishes audience-size metrics from measures tied to specific goals. It proposes collection-launch engagement, charity-linked conversion, loyalty signup, and partnership comparisons. Conversion and signup measures would require access to data not supplied in the assignment.
Evidence and restraint
Public screenshots are third-party brand content analyzed for coursework, not creative work I produced. I have not republished customer names or complaint screenshots here. The document’s observation window contains a 2024/2025 date conflict; exact period and calculations require reconciliation before presenting a numeric analysis.
Takeaway
The right measure depends on the objective. The right response depends on the person who needs help.
Context & evidence
Academic recommendations, not brand-approved responses or demonstrated reputation recovery. No PR outcome or conversion result verified. This is intentionally a concise supporting study rather than an inflated full campaign.
